We also have Condos for rent in a 55 and older community in Sykesville, Maryland. These have a 12 month lease only. Small dogs are allowed. We require a months rent as a security deposit.

They are all 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms full kitchen units with washers and dryers in the units. The community offers a variety of activities, along with off street parking, and a storage area for each unit. Come live maintenance free.
